Print Guidelines

The NZ AJS & Matchless Owners Register Inc. publishes this newsletter bi-monthly with a circulation of over 350 members both in NZ and overseas. Guidelines for publication of contributions follow:

TIME FRAME TO MEET DEADLINE Issues are printed in the second week of every even numbered month (i.e.) Feb (2), April (4), June (6), August (8), October (10) and December (12). Articles must be received before mid-night of the last day of the month before print. The issue is posted to be in letterboxes (in NZ) by the 15th of the month where possible.

NOM-DE-PLUMES Articles written under nom-de-plumes will be printed, but name and contact details must be included. Your details will be withheld from print if requested, but kept on the master file, which we archive with the historian.

CLASSIFIED ADVERT'S Advertisements will run for 3 issues unaltered, and are then dropped unless advised otherwise by the advertiser. The month the advert is first printed is noted on the ad. If you do not want the advert to re-run please advise the Editor before the print deadline.
