Venue and AGM

Moutere Rugby Club rooms on Rapaura Road near the Spring Creek NPD Fuel Stop. Over the road is a Supermarket and the Holiday Park is a short easy walking distance up Rapaura Road. Accommodation is at the Holiday Park which has been pre-booked but there is plenty of accommodation in the immediate area. DO NOT TRY TO BOOK ONLINE, EMAIL OR PHONE IS BEST.

The Moutere Rugby Club room is suitable for socialising and dining. It has a licensed cash Bar, which their members will 'man' for us. Fri night BBQ, breakfasts, and the Sat evening dinner will also be there.

AGM

This will be held after the lunch break on Saturday, the 2nd of March.

Minutes from the previous AGM and the Agenda for the 2024 AGM will be available shortly.

Rally Plan

Friday the 1st

Friday 1st March Rally Headquarters open at 3pm for registration and to collect rally packs. Followed by drinks and evening BBQ at the Moutere Rugby Club Rooms.

Saturday the 2nd

Details will be provided in the Rally Pack but will include a morning ride with a lunch break (own cost) and AGM, and a continuation of the ride. Drinks and Dinner at the Rally HQ.

Sunday the 3rd

Breakfast, checkout, and departure.

Accommodation

At the Spring Creek Holiday Park you will receive a warm and friendly welcome and an introduction to the magic of Marlborough.

Nestled to the crystal clear waters of Spring Creek and surrounded by trees in a quiet park atmosphere we offer a variety of accommodation options:

Bookings

Please book all accomodation directly with the Holiday Park, and make payment direct also. Bookings will be on a first come-first served basis. When booking, please tell the Camp that you are part of the AJS/Matchless rally.

Where To Find the Rally

Spring Creek Holiday Park

From the Ferry

Head south towards Blenheim. Approaching Spring Creek, you will see a large NPD fuel stop. Take the third exit onto Rapaura Road and the Motor camp is a short distance on your right. If refuelling at the NPD station please keep your receipt as these will be used for a prize draw. You will pass the Moutere Rugby Clubrooms on your left which is the venue for the Rally.

From Nelson

Follow SH 62 down Rapaura Road and just before you reach Spring Creek the Motor Camp is on your left. If refuelling at the NPD station, please keep your receipt as these will be used for a prize draw.

From the South

Follow SH1 through Blenheim and when you see the NPD station take the first exit to the left and continue to the Motor Camp. If refuelling at the NPD station, please keep your receipt, as these will be used for a prize draw.

Rally Entry Form

Moutere Rugby Club rooms are on Rapaura Road near the Spring Creek NPD Fuel Stop - near Blenheim.
Closing date Sunday 11 February 2024. (Late entry applications will incur a late entry fee of $30.)

  1. All entrants must be members of NZ AJS and Matchless Owners Register (join here) or affiliated Club.

  2. By completing the application form and paying to attend the rally you are stating that you understand that all attendees are responsible for their own actions and that the rally organisers will not accept responsibility for any loss, accident, injury or damage incurred by any entrant or visitors to the rally.
